Search light distribution

Five number of search lights were distributed to all forest beats in Golaghat division in presence of DFO Mr. Rajen Choudhury, Golaghat by Aaranyak. These lights are very much effective in driving away crop raiding elephants during night time. In recent times, Golaghat district proved to be the most vulnerable region in terms of human elephant conflict. Hence, these support to department can prove vital in atleast reducing the problem to a certain extent.
